Walking On Water and Globe Missions Start a Church In Scotland
In the summer of 2005 Walking On Water's Mike Doyle and Globe Mission's Doug Gehman were both attending the Christian Surfers National Conference in Hawaii. While there, the Lord brought them together to pray about doing an outreach in Scotland. In the summer of 2006 Globe Missions and Walking On Water partnered to put on a skate demo and premiere Noah's Arc in Glasgow, Scotland. Hundreds of kids attended and many received the Lord. Through that outreach a skate church called “Deeper” was birthed. Bob and Melissa Hill, missionaries living in Scotland, helped put the outreach together and now pastor “Deeper”. Held in a skate park, “Deeper” had about 25 kids attend the first meeting in the summer of 2006. Now, less than a year later, over 100 kids regularly attend the meetings. Paul Callanin, a young man that was saved through the skate ministry, is now a leader in it. He regularly shares his testimony at local schools and has traveled with the Hill’s to a number of mission's conferences where he’s been able to give testimony to what the Lord has done in his life. Paul also plays bass for the ministries' worship team.
We recently received an update from the Hill's. Bob reported that on the last meeting in May over 25 young people received Jesus as their savior. He says they have plans to do similar outreaches four times a year in an effort to plant more skate churches throughout the U.K. Walking On Water and Globe Missions will again be partnering with the Hill's and the “Deeper” ministry this summer to hold another skate outreach in Bielefield, Germany. Praise the Lord for what He continues to do through His body of believers.
U.S. Open of Surfing Outreach
The Lord has opened a major door for outreach at the U.S Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach. We will again be partnering with various ministries to spread the love of Christ at this year's U.S. Open. This is the biggest surf contest in America with thousands of people coming from all over the world for the event’s festivities. The contest provides a venue to reach the lost with the hope and love of Jesus. Please keep this event in your prayers. Love & Destruction Tour
The Truth Soul Armor: Love And Destruction Tour is making it's debut through Southern California this August. The concerts will be in Orange County and San Diego and will be featuring Olivia The Band, Future Of Forestry, and Safe Haven.

Walking On Water Movie Update
Nic McLean, Matt Katsolis, Russell Brownley, and Bryan Jennings met on the Outer Banks of North Carolina during the first week of June. The purpose of this trip was to work all day and night trying to edit and finish the rough cut of the next film titled Walking On Water. It was a very productive week including one work night that literally ended with the sunrise. We are very encouraged to know that on the seventh day of each month hundreds of people are praying and fasting.
Please pray for the screenings of the rough cut of the movie that will begin July 5th. The first pre-screenings will be to Fox, Sony Films, and other Hollywood studios in hopes of a theatrical release.
Heart of a Soul Surfer
Walking On Water, in partnership with Crossover Ministries, will be hosting a premiere of Heart of a Soul Surfer in Manhattan Beach on July 21st at the Mira Costa High School Auditorium. Dream Surf Camps Update
Summer is upon us, and that means it's time for surf camp. We are excited about what the Lord has in store for this year. We know prayer makes a difference in the success of these surf camps, so please pray for the following: for the Lord to bring every person He wants at camp, that He does a work in the camper's lives, for the safety of the camp, and for the summer staff.
