Bringing Noah’s Arc to Taiwan
Back in January, Daniel Stewart, Matt List, and Daniel Looman set out on a trip to the island of Taiwan. Their plan was to visit friends who live there, look for some waves, and most importantly share the love of Jesus as they traveled. They brought with them 500 of the Noah’s Arc and Outsiders DVD’s to give away. Throughout their trip they had many divine appointments with people from all over the world. They were able to distribute the DVD’s wherever they went. A Taiwanese policeman was even stoked to receive one. On one occasion they met a local Taiwanese surfer and his girlfriend. The surfer didn’t speak English, but his girlfriend spoke perfect English and was able to act as a translator. They ended up hanging out with the couple for an entire day, getting to share the Lord’s love with them. In the end, the trip had an even bigger impact than the three had anticipated as almost immediately after their trip had ended, Walking On Water began receiving emails from people living in Taiwan who had received a DVD and were asking for more information. Walking On Water even received requests that the film be translated into the local language of Mandarin. Praise the Lord that He continues to send His voice out into all the world.Photos By loomanphotography.com
First Annual Virginia Beach Fundraiser Banquet
On Saturday, April 14th Walking On Water hosted its first ever fundraiser banquet in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Over 130 people came and packed out the beautiful banquet room that looked out over the Chesapeake Bay at the Virginia Beach Resort and Conference Center. Bryan Jennings, Mike Doyle, Noah Snyder, Nic Mclean, Russell Brownley, and Jesse Hines were there in attendance and were able to share with the crowd all the amazing things God has been doing through Walking On Water and letting people know how they can help WOW in its vision to reach this generation with the gospel. Along with the testimonies Jess Mclean, Kyle Watts, and Ross Byrd provided special music. The night was awesome and everyone had a great time. Walking On Water would like to extend a very special thank you to Greg and Helene Watts for making the event happen and for all their hard work and commitment to making the night such a great success.

Dream Surf Camps 2007
The summer surf camps are gradually filling up but there is still room available. With the surf camps three months away our pray is that God would hand pick the campers and staff members to fill up each week and that the Lord would start to work on the campers hearts in preparation for their week at camp. And as always, if you would like to sponsor a camper this summer you can make a donation towards our surf camp scholarship fund through our website. Thank you for your continued support of our surf camps and please continue to pray for the students attending these camps and for the staff members who will be leading Bible studies, teaching surfing and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with junior high and high school students.
